Refund Policy

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, you won't be charged. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) will be charged the full session fee.

No-shows

If you don't attend your appointment without letting me know, the full session fee will be charged.

Refunds

As payment is taken in person at the time of your appointment, refunds are not typically applicable. If you feel your session wasn't what you expected, please talk to me — I'd rather sort it out directly than have you leave unhappy.

Gym 1971 member rates

Reduced rates for Gym 1971 members are applied at the time of booking. If you forget to mention your membership, I'm happy to adjust the rate at your next appointment, but I can't backdate refunds for previous sessions.

Exceptions

If something genuinely unexpected comes up — an emergency, illness, or anything out of your control — just get in touch and we'll work something out. I'm reasonable and I'd expect the same in return.
