This website is operated by Sarah Bryan Physiotherapy, based at Gym 1971, 21 Lombard Road, South Wimbledon, SW19 3TZ. When I refer to "I" or "me" in this policy, I mean Sarah Bryan Physiotherapy.

Your name, phone number, and email address. Your medical history, symptoms, and treatment notes. Any other information you choose to share that's relevant to your care.

Why I collect it

I use your personal information to provide physiotherapy treatment, manage your appointments, communicate with you about your care, and meet my legal and professional obligations. I will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Consent — you provide your information voluntarily when you contact me or book an appointment. Legitimate interest — I need your details to provide treatment and manage my practice. Legal obligation — I'm required to keep accurate clinical records as a registered physiotherapist.

How I store your data

Your personal and medical information is stored securely and only accessed by me. I keep clinical records for a minimum of 8 years in line with professional guidelines set by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). After this period, records are securely deleted.
